Last year, MediaTek caused a sensation by revealing the Helio X20, the first mobile SoC featuring 10 cores. The chip is not yet available in smartphones and tablets, but it can not delay if you believe MediaTek. At a press conference in China, the designer of mobile chips announced that the first products incorporating chips Helio X25 will be available starting next month.

The differences between Helio P20 vs Helio P25

MediaTek MTK Helio X20 and Helio X25 are nearly identical SoC with only a couple of key changes. The X25 ARM Cortex-A53 cores will be clocked at 2.5GHz, as opposed to 2.3GHz with Helio X20.
And, the Helio X25 will have hardware and kernel support for dual rear cam setups, supporting up to 13MP+13MP dual rear cams, or up to a single 24mp rear cam.
Everything else remains the same. The Mali-T880MP2 GPU remains clocked at 900MHz in both X20 and X25. RAM speed and amount of RAM support is the same, as is radio support, and video encoding/decoding.
We should begin to see Helio X25 is $175 ballpark mobiles within the next few months.

In conclusion Helio X25 simply an overclocked Helio X20
